ホーランド日本語礼拝 １２月１２日本格的な雪が降る中、午前カベナント教会で２回の礼拝 そのあと約３時間かけてホーランドにある神学校に向かいました。 雪で多くの教会礼拝が閉鎖となる中４０名以上の学生、先生方が集まり クリスマスのみ言葉を分かち合いました。アメリカ人学生達がとても 流暢な日本語で話しかけてきて、卒業後は日本へ宣教に行きたいと話す 姿が印象的でした。 Share This Socially Hide Sites
Round Two – Iwate (Part 1) By jhpeterson, on April 5th, 2011 I’m back in Tohoku! After spending a week at home with Hydi and the kids I was suddenly given an opportunity to come back to Tohoku. Our group met up at IBF (the church where I was attending a pastors’ meeting on March 11 when the earthquake struck)
Iwate (Part 2) By jhpeterson, on April 7th, 2011 Yesterday we got an early start for the two hour drive from Morioka back to Miyako, on the coast. Our first stop was the Miyako Community Church, where we dropped off some supplies and picked up some more volunteers.
The Miyamotos will be returning to Japan on March 28th and will be there for about 1 month. They will be helping Shunichi’s mother relocate to Tokyo, care for many other critical issues and attempt to help those who are in need in this crisis. Please, pray for them as they go back to a
